【Precautions】

 

・ Depending on the growth of strawberries, we may open only for those who have made a reservation in advance.

・ The reservation form will be accepted up to 24 hours in advance.

・ When you come to the park on the day, please be sure to contact us by phone.

・ We cannot respond to emails during business hours.

・ Please contact us by the day before for cancellation or change.

・ In case of cancellation on the day, 100% of the fee will be charged.

・ In some cases, we may be able to inform you by phone even during times when online reservations are not possible.

・Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.

Accompanying guardians will also be charged a fee.

Children must be 13 years of age or older to enter the nursery school alone.
